Event: The National Hurricane Center (NHC) reports that Tropical Storm Harold will produce rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches, with local amounts of 10 inches across parts of northern Coahuila and northern Nuevo Leon on Tuesday, August 22, through Wednesday, August 23. Scattered instances of flash flooding are expected. U.S. citizens in the impacted areas should monitor the progress of Tropical Storm Harold and follow the instructions of local authorities.
