REPAIR CONSULAR SECTION INTERIORS WALLS & PAINTING

The United States Government (USG) requires a professional contractor to perform repairs in interior walls, doors, Windows frames, and painting by providing all the materials and labor at the U.S. Consulate Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

Interested companies must obtain:

1) Contractor Identification Number and register in the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) at https://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/k

2) NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) number. https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/AC135Public/Docs/US%20Instructions%20for%20NSPA20NCAGE.pdf

Prior to award, SAM.gov registration is also required for all offerors who provide goods or services in excess of $30,000 USD pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Prospective offerors are encouraged to register at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.

For detailed requirements and submission instructions, interested offerors should submit an information request and provide contact information to the Tijuana Procurement office at TijuanaProcurement@state.gov.  All offers MUST be submitted before 4:30 p.m. PST on the closing date noted below, offers received after the closing deadline will not be accepted.
