Painting and repair of the exterior benches and drinking fountains

The U.S. Consulate General in Tijuana is seeking qualified staffing companies that can provide professional painting and repair of the exterior benches and drinking fountains of the consulate compound.

Interested companies must obtain:

1) Contractor Identification Number and register in the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) at https://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/k

2) NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) number. https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/AC135Public/Docs/US%20Instructions%20for%20NSPA20NCAGE.pdf

Prior to award, SAM.gov registration is also required for all offerors who provide goods or services in excess of $30,000 USD pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Prospective offerors are encouraged to register at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.

For detailed requirements and submission instructions, interested offerors should submit an information request and provide contact information to the Tijuana Procurement office at TijuanaProcurement@state.gov.  All offers MUST be submitted before 4:30 p.m. PST on the closing date noted below, offers received after the closing deadline will not be accepted.

Open date  June 16th, 2021
Close date June 30th, 2021 at 4:30 PM PST.

4×4 Pickups

The U.S. Consulate General Tijuana is seeking vendors that can provide three (3) light duty 4X4 pickup trucks

Vehicle will need to be manufacture’s year 2021 with these specifications:

  • Motor V6 3.3L or 4.3L
  • Automatic Transmission with 6 speeds
  • Traction 4X4
  • A/C
  • Brake diagnostic system Anti-lock (ABS)
  • Reverse sensing system
  • Electric windows
  • Spare tire
  • Auto start-stop technology

REPAIR MCAC AND SCAC SALLY PORT LIGHT FIXTURES

The Government of the United States (USG) requires a certified professional contractor for adaptation work in the MCAC and SCAC sally ports light fixtures replacement & Bird control netting Protection at the US General Consulate at Tijuana Baja California, Mexico.
