Event:  U.S. Consulate General Ciudad Juarez received various reports of gunfire occurring in more than one location in Ciudad Juarez.  U.S. Consulate General employees in Ciudad Juarez have been instructed to shelter in place.  American citizens should exercise extreme caution, seek secure shelter, monitor local media for updates, and notify friends and family of your safety.  Updates will be sent as they become available.
