All potential offerors who respond to any request for quotation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
Prospective offerors must register with the System for Award Management unless it’s impractical to do so in accordance with FAR 4.1102 Policy at the following website: System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Registration at SAM.gov is MANDATORY to be considered for all acquisitions at or exceeding $30,000 USD.
