Message for U.S. Citizens: Updated Acapulco Departure Information

Location: Acapulco, Guerrero

 

 

Event:  Buses and limited evacuation flights from Acapulco to Mexico City are available for U.S. citizens who wish to depart Acapulco.

 

Bus options from Acapulco to Mexico City’s Taxqueña bus station include Costa Line service from Terminal de Autobuses Acapulco Papagayo and Terminal de Autobuses de Punta Diamante, and Estrella de Oro service from the Terminal Acapulco Costera.

Limited flights are available from Acapulco International Airport (ACA) to Mexico City.  U.S. citizens who need assistance to coordinate a flight and transportation to the Acapulco International Airport should contact the U.S. Embassy at (55) 8526 2561.
