Empresas pequeñas, medianas y grandes:  para quienes sean proveedores, con permisos y licencias para hacer negocios en México y que estén interesados en ofrecer sus servicios, suministros y/o mercancía/artículos a la Embajada de los Estados Unidos en México, favor de proporcionar su número DUNS (ver Requisitos), nombre, puesto dentro de la empresa, nombre de la empresa, dirección completa, número telefónico, número celular, correo electrónico y una descripción breve de los servicios, suministros y/o mercancía/artículos que su empresa desea ofrecer.  También, si cuentan con un enlace al sitio web de su empresa, favor de proporcionarlo.

Enviar ésta información al correo indicado en los anuncios, señalando el tipo de producto o servicio que están interesados en ofrecer.

Requisitos

Las empresas interesadas deberán obtener un “Número de Identificación como Contratista” y deberán registrarse en un “Sistema Numérico Universal de Datos” (DUNS) en su página de internet.  También deberán contar con un registro en la página (System for Award Management), de acuerdo a lo estipulado en el capítulo 52.204-7 del FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).

Oportunidades de venta y servicios – GSO México

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19MX53-22-Q-0041.
    • The Embassy has a requirement for a professional construction contractor to provide maintenance and repair services in Mexico City.  This construction effort is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000 U.S. dollars, per FAR 36.204 (b). The work is to repair the wooden pergolas and to replace the current entrance skylights in a Government Owned located in Mexico City.
    • All construction contractors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.  At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:
      • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
      • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
      • Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
      • Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
      • Meet all local insurance requirements;
      • Have the ability to obtain a performance and guarantee bond and a payment bond, or to post adequate performance security, such as irrevocable letters of credit or guarantees issued by a reputable financial institution;
      • Have no adverse criminal record;
      • Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States;
      • Have good experience and past performance records; and,
      • Identify specialized experience and technical competence required to complete the construction work in accordance with this solicitation.

    • The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City is looking for vendors that can provide lodging and conference rooms rental in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, as per the technical specifications included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).     • The U.S. Government requires Consular window intercommunication system preventive maintenance services in 5 Posts. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, supervisory and direct labor personnel, as well as remote technical support and any equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and travel to perform onsite inspection and maintenance to ensure proper Consular window intercommunication system operation, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
