American Citizen Services is a unit of the Consulate General.  The Puerto Vallarta Consular Agency accepts passports and citizenship applications, and provides notarial  and emergency services for American Citizens living in or visiting the area around Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta/Bahia de Banderas.

Please note:  There is no walk-in service for U.S. citizens who require a service related to passports, citizenship, or birth registration.  These services are by appointment only.

The U.S. Consular Agency in Puerto Vallarta requires a pre-paid courier service waybill (only services from FedEx) for the return of any passport book, passport card, or Consular Report of Birth Abroad.  You should have one waybill for each product you are requesting.
