Inaugurated in 2009, the Benjamin Franklin Corner serves as a regional resource center for information and programs highlighting American culture, history, current events, and government. The Corner hosts discussion groups, seminars, digital video conferencing (DVCs), poster exhibits, and meetings with U.S. and local specialists on a wide range of American-focused topics. It also acts as a regional repository for the use of American-themed books, videos, and DVDs, and provides free internet access and educational materials.  Additionally, it hosts an EducationUSA advising center to assist students in Chihuahua seeking to study in the United States.
