Emergency Message for U.S. Citizens: Ciudad Juarez – Limited Consular Services for Tuesday, September 6, 2016
Due to maintenance issues at the U.S. Consulate General Ciudad Juarez, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, consular services will be limited to emergency services for U.S. citizens only. All consular appointments for visas, passports, and other American Citizen Services have been canceled and will be re-scheduled at the earliest possible date.
For after-hours emergencies involving U.S. citizens, please contact the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City at (01-55) 5080-2000 and ask to speak to the Duty Officer in Ciudad Juarez.
Passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applicants at the U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez will be contacted by phone and email with instructions on how to reschedule.
