Cisco’s Global Support Center

cisco-logoCharge d’Affaires Laura Dogu welcomed Cisco’s opening of its global support center in Mexico City, one of five such centers around the world.  Cisco scouted various locations and finally decided on Mexico City for this $26 million-dollar investment and the creation of 364 new jobs using Mexican technology talent. Cisco executives recognized the support of the U.S. Embassy and underscored the company’s view of Mexico as a regional leader. Charge d’Affaires Dogu’s tour of the facilities included Cisco’s state-of-the-art troubleshooting and training laboratory as well as a display of the company’s video conferencing capabilities.
