The Embassy of the United States in Mexico is pleased to announce the 2023 National Youth Science Camp (NYSCamp) offered to Mexican students finishing high school this summer. The NYSCamp has traditionally been a residential science education program held in the Monongahela National Forest near Bartow in the eastern mountains of West Virginia and in Washington, D.C. The 2023 NYSCamp will be a hybrid experience, with the first 5 days being fully virtual (June 19-23, 2023), followed by 2.5 weeks in person (June 24-July 12, 2023.) The 60th NYSCamp will include world-class lectures, directed studies, and seminars with prestigious STEM professionals from across the United States. Two (2) Mexican students will be granted full scholarships. Application deadline: Friday, March 31, 2022.

  • WiSci Mexico 2023

The Embassy of the United States in Mexico is pleased to announce the call for applications for the WiSci Mexico 2023 STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) summer camp offered to Mexican high school girls.  WiSci Mexico 2023 is an intensive summer course that will be held in Mexico City on July 1-8 in which girls of 15-18 years old will develop their STEAM skills and learn how they can channel them into social change.
