Welcome to the Doing Business section of our website. At the U.S. Embassy, we have two sections that provide assistance to U.S. exporters. The U.S. Commercial Service is the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration. U.S. Commercial Service trade professionals in over 100 U.S. cities and in more than 75 countries help U.S. companies get started in exporting or increase sales to new global markets. In Mexico the Commercial Service has offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey. The Foreign Agricultural Service, an agency within the U.S. Department of Agriculture, provides assistance to individual U.S. food and beverage exporters targeting the Mexican market by working collaboratively with state/regional trade groups and other USDA cooperator organizations, conducting promotional activities, and by publishing reports on export opportunities.

For Mexican companies interested in investing in the U.S. we encourage you to learn more about SelectUSA. This program highlights the many advantages the U.S. offers as a location for business and investment.
