Attorneys General Visit Mexico

Deputy Chief of Mission Laura Dogu met with Attorneys General from the U.S. states of Florida, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado during their visit to Mexico City. The delegation is in Mexico to advance the work of the U.S. State Attorneys General “Consortium to Fight Transnational Organized Crime.” The delegation will meet with Mexican state and federal officials to discuss mutual support to combat the problems of international money laundering, intellectual property violations and distribution of counterfeit goods, and the adoption of technology to combat human trafficking, cybercrime and child pornography distribution.
